About me
Hi, I’m Ellie (she/her), an Integrative Art Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in South London. Starting counselling can feel like a big and sometimes uncertain step, but you don’t have to take it alone. I’m here to offer you a safe, supportive space where we can work together to explore the challenges you’re facing and help you reconnect with your emotions and relationships in a meaningful way. I work with adults aged 18 and over, and my approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs. While I specialise in art therapy, there’s no pressure to use the arts if that’s not what feels right for you. If you’re curious, art therapy can be a powerful tool for gaining new perspectives and expressing feelings that are hard to put into words. No artistic experience or skill is needed—it’s all about using creativity in whatever way feels helpful and authentic to you. Whether we use art or focus on talking, I’m here to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, uncover new insights, and navigate a path toward growth and healing.
