About Me

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. Working in an integrative way means that I use a number of approaches when working with clients. I believe that one size doesn't fit all.  People need different approaches depending on what the issue they want to address is.

Engaging with therapy can be daunting and can feel like a big step. I offer a warm, confidential, non-judgemental, and compassionate space where you can work through difficult emotions and issues. The work I do focuses on incorporating practical strategies alongside exploring your past, which helps to identify behaviour patterns and understand relationship dynamics in the present.

I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, addiction, bereavement, sexual trauma, and women’s health including postnatal depression and menopause.
