Hi my name is Debbie Frost I am a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist. I work with people to address and resolve specific problems/issues, making decisions, coping with crisis, developing personal insights and knowledge, working through inner conflict or improving relationships with others within a safe space. I believe counselling and hypnotherapy provide an opportunity for people to live a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

I work with issues such as adult survivors of sexual abuse; relationship issues; anxiety; stress; pain relief; depression; low self esteem; regression work; confidence building; domestic violence; bereavement; trauma; bullying; self harm; phobia's; insomnia; weight loss; stopping smoking and other issues.
