I am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering individual therapy for adults. I offer a warm supportive and non-judgemental space for you to explore your concerns. As an integrative practitioner I am able to draw from a range of theories and methods allowing flexibility in my approach to respond to your individual needs.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients presenting with a variety of issues including anxiety and depression, loss and bereavement, relationship or family issues, traumatic experiences, life-stage crisis, panic attacks, sexual abuse, low self-esteem, sexuality, Identity, bipolar disorder, domestic abuse, anger management, work related issues.
My aim throughout my work is to support people to make positive changes in their lives through gaining greater awareness and self-acceptance allowing more informed and congruent choices and removing potential blocks to living more effectively.
I offer both short-term counselling or open-ended psychotherapy depending on your needs and how we agree to work together. We can discuss this at an initial appointment.

Training and qualifications
I have a Masters Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and a diploma in Integrative Counselling from The Minster Centre, London.
I also hold a CPCAB Certificate in Online Counselling.
I am a registered member of BACP and I am accredited by the UKCP.
I attend regular clinical supervision and engage in Continuing Professional Development to enhance my practice.
