Finding a therapist that "feels right" can be a daunting prospect at a time when you may already be feeling overwhelmed. I offer a space that is safe and without judgement, where you can start to make sense of your feelings.
In response to Covid-19, I have transferred my practice online via Zoom or phone, and can be contacted via email for an initial session. During that initial session we can explore what brings you to therapy and I can answer any questions you might have about the process. This is an opportunity for you to get a sense of whether I might be the right fit for you.
Subsequent sessions usually take place once a week at the same time for 50 minutes.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I am interested in how we relate to each other and what makes us connect as human beings. I therefore work relationally, taking notice of what happens between us as this will reveal something of your relationships with other people.
I believe that once we gain a better understanding of our experience and what motivates us, we can make new choices, rather than being driven by old patterns of behaviour, which may no longer be useful.
I am dual nationality English/Italian (mother-tongue English).
