Daniel Wiegand
Person-centred/humanistic counsellorAbout Me
Counselling offers you the chance to pause, reflect and discover better ways of living. I offer a safe and confidential space were you can share your difficulties and explore alternative ways to make a positive difference in your life. My experience includes but isn’t limited to working with depression, anxiety, sexuality, gender and relationship issues.
Working in a person-centred way, I can help you focus on a specific issue, identifying and changing old patterns of behaviour and relationships. I can also help if you’re generally feeling stuck in life, lacking purpose and a sense of identity.
If you’re interested in having counselling with me then our first contact would be by either email or phone followed by us having an initial session. This is an opportunity for us to get a sense of how we would work together and to think about what the best way forward for you is.
I have made a positive difference to many people’s lives who have come to me for help with issues including:
· Stress and anxiety.
· Relationships.
· Depression.
· LGBTQ+ issues.
· Gender issues.
· Supporting the elderly.
· Self-esteem
