Charlotte Hand
Integrative therapistAbout Me
Welcome, I am Charlotte. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. Whilst I specialise in working with survivors of sexual violence, abuse, trauma and PTSD. I have supported people with a range of difficulties during my career for charity, NHS and private sectors. I could help you to move on from whatever may be troubling you, including both deep rooted issues and day to day difficulties. I aim to create a safe space, free from judgement to explore the important things which have brought you to therapy. We will work in collaboration towards your goals, to help you develop tools to help you cope with future challenges and at a pace which feels comfortable for you.
I offer both short and long term therapy. I am an integrative, trauma-informed therapist, which means I utilise a variety of different techniques dependant on what may be most beneficial to you and the issues you want like to work on. Previous clients have described me as trustworthy, reliable and patient.
Reaching out for help takes courage, well done for taking the first step. My practice is more than just a job to me, I truly care about each and every individual I work with. You will be treated with respect and sensitivity- it is a real honour to share in your therapeutic journey. Thank you for taking the time to read this, good luck. I hope to hear from you.
