About Me

Are you continually feeling anxious, doubting yourself, criticising yourself and feeling lost and confused? Are you experiencing low motivation for your life and work, stuck or somehow blocked? Maybe your relationships are also being affected with professional and personal issues and you have noticed past pains and traumas have re-emerged?

Counselling can help you explore your struggles, thoughts and feelings and begins a process of reflection on your life now in relation to the past and the future. You’ll gain insight and understanding that will enable you to gain relief and open up possibilities in your life again.

My counselling includes sensitively tailored interventions for you for change to happen. The benefits of having counselling are increased mental and emotional wellbeing, leading to deeper levels of meaning and satisfaction.

Training and qualifications

I have a Humanistic Counselling Diploma from Metanoia Institute, London and BSc.(Hons) in Humanistic Counselling from Middlesex University.

I have worked for 7 years as a counsellor at a generic London Counselling service counselling people deal with a full range of difficulties of life.  And previously, alongside my private practice, I also worked as a counsellor for another community counselling service in Sussex helping people with diverse issues together with challenges such as neurodiversity, and cultural change.

I am regularly supervised and bound by an ethical framework set by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists which is set to provide you with a registered member who practices to a high professional standard.

I regularly attend CPD workshops to update and develop my skills and specialised knowledge.
