Are you continually feeling anxious, doubting yourself, criticising yourself and feeling lost and confused? Are you experiencing low motivation for your life and work, stuck or somehow blocked? Maybe your relationships are also being affected with professional and personal issues and you have noticed past pains and traumas have re-emerged?
Counselling can help you explore your struggles, thoughts and feelings and begins a process of reflection on your life now in relation to the past and the future. You’ll gain insight and understanding that will enable you to gain relief and open up possibilities in your life again.
