Catherine Roguski
Person-centred/humanistic psychotherapistAbout Me
I offer On-Line therapy and face-to-face (when Lockdown ends).
These uncertain times can feel like they affect our whole world, impacting on our relationships and on how well we handle the challenges life throws at us. I am person-centred and also integrate other therapeutic tools as appropriate, and am trained in various approaches to healing trauma including the Rewind Technique and EMDR.
I believe in working with a strength based approach and recognising how the mind and body affect each other, building on your strengths and what is working well for you and looking forward, as well as reflecting on and making sense of the past.
I work with young people, adults and couples. I offer you a safe, comfortable space to explore your thoughts and feelings about whatever it is that is troubling you, recognising your strengths to build upon your resilience, enabling change.
I have a special interest in loss and grief, and relationship issues. I also work with people who have experienced domestic violence or sexual abuse, as well as with people who have or are at risk of committing sexual offences.
I also offer Supervision for qualified and student counsellors and therapists.
