Caroline Fuseau
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
I offer a safe and supportive space to explore what is preoccupying you from my consulting rooms in London Bridge, Central London and Honor Oak Park / Crofton Park, Southeast London.
My approach to counselling is integrative. It is all client-led, focused on your aims for counselling and what might be helpful to you. I blend and integrate several theoretical models (including psychodynamic, attachment and body psychotherapy) aiming to look at the person a whole.
The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship we will develop: this will allow you to explore your experience, feelings, the inner conflicts you might have while feeling supported emotionally. I offer a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space. I see the relationship between us as equal. I hope to encourage openness between us and I welcome your feedback.
I offer face-to-face short and long-term counselling in French and English. I can offer online and phone sessions if you are not able to attend a session.

Fees
I offer a free 10 minutes phone call to discuss what brings you to therapy. This does not commit you to anything. This gives you the opportunity to decide if you would like to meet me for an introductory session.
I have a sliding scale of fees. My fees range from £60-£80 per session.
Introductory consultation session: £50 for 50 minutes.
Training and qualifications
I hold a diploma in integrative counselling from the Minster Centre, one of the leading training organisations in the field of psychotherapy in the UK.
I am an experienced counsellor and have worked in low cost therapy services with a diverse client range on issues such as anxiety and stress, depression, eating disorders, identity questions and life changes.
I have worked for St Christopher's Hospice bereavement service and I have extensive experience of working with bereavement, complex grief and end of life issues.
