I am the Founder and Director of Vitus Wellbeing (www.vituswellbeing.com) – I practice for Vitus Wellbeing myself and am lucky to have an incredibly experienced team of expert Psychotherapists working alongside me to support more people in need.

I personally work with adults and adolescents (of secondary-school age and above).
Alongside my own practice, I consult for the largest private health provider in the UK, HCA.
As an integrative therapist, I use teachings from Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, Existential Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to best support you and your needs.
I am experienced in working with: anger, anxiety, abuse (adult, child, sexual, domestic, physical, financial, emotional), bereavement, bullying, career dilemmas, depression, dream interpretations, exam stress, family struggles, fertility difficulties, identity crises, ill-health, pregnancy complications, low self-esteem or confidence, relationship difficulties (whether romantic, professional or friendships), sexual difficulties, stress, trauma and feeling lost in life or without direction.

Our wider team of Psychotherapists, Counsellors and Coaches at Vitus Wellbeing are pleased to be able to help children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
You are welcome to come and see us alone, or to come with your partner or wider family. We can also offer individual therapy to multiple family members if required. We work face-to-face from our suite of therapy rooms in Fulham, and we work online via Zoom.
Our therapists are all highly qualified, experienced and passionate about their work. They will work with you to identify your difficulties, to understand the root cause(s) of any struggles and to find a more positive way forward. We help you to take control of your life.
Therapy can be long-term, short-term or open-ended, depending upon your goals, your time commitments and your budget. Therapy sessions usually take place once a week, at the same time each week, for 50 minutes.

Sessions with other Vitus Wellbeing Therapists are priced as follows:
Individual therapy: £125 (Senior therapist) / £110 (For block bookings of six sessions or more)
