About me

I am interested in what matters to you and what has happened to you. We all from time to time face challenges, our stress buckets can spill over, we can feel depleted and drained, seeking support can feel overwhelming and a minefield. Having someone to talk to, where you are listened to and heard can be validating, I walk alongside and offer emotional support. Having space to think, figure things out without advice, can help to find a way forward and to trust our own intuition. Counselling is about building a therapeutic relationship, that is safe and trusting, it offers a place to be curious, where you set the agenda and where we work at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you. I meet you where you are and what you wish to bring. My area's of expertise are in supporting people to explore what good mental health looks like, what challenges their mental health and the importance of self-care.  I specialise in working with people who are neurodiverse and supporting parents with children who are neurodiverse.
