I am highly experienced having spent years in law, industry and media as well as psychotherapy. My background means I work with professionals who may have difficulty navigating work or relationships. Often clients have anxiety, stress or depression relating to their work or home life. Sometimes talking to even your closest friends or family can be difficult. I offer a safe space each week which can act as an anchor in the week. Maybe something specific is troubling you, perhaps it is something long standing or it could be you just don't feel 'right'.

I have a warm, collaborative style and draw on a range of theoretical models to inform our work.

I have also worked with significant mental health issues stemming from childhood trauma and abuse. 

Many of my clients have found that our work is have often the bridge they need between where they are now and where they want to be.
