Most of us experience emotional difficulties at some point in our lives. We may turn to friends and family for help and support, but sometimes this is not possible, or not enough. At this point, therapy can help. A supportive relationship, with a therapist you can trust not to judge or criticise you, can give you the safety and space to share your feelings and to think about what is troubling you. This can lead to greater understanding and the possibility of lasting change and growth. From my practice in Finchley Road, I offer a private and confidential space to help you to explore and come to terms what is on your mind.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist. This means that I am trained to draw from a wide range of therapies to work in a bespoke way with every individual.
I have been working as a psychotherapist and in related health fields for more than 20 years, so I am very experienced in helping people with a wide range of problems, mental health conditions and life-issues.
As well as a psychotherapist I am Head of Course of the 'MA in Advanced Clinical Practice' at a large psychotherapy training institute. This work challenges me to maintain a deep and up to date knowledge of the Psychotherapy field, which I believe enables me to work more effectively as a therapist.
