I am an experienced psychotherapist working from consulting rooms in Belgravia, London, and work with adult clients from varying backgrounds. In my previous career as a senior executive in newspaper and media organisations in the US and UK, I worked with highly creative individuals and business people alike. This specialist knowledge of the creative and business worlds informs my psychotherapy work as well as familiarity with mid-life/career transitioning, divorce/separation, drink/drug dependency, depression, anxiety and boarding school syndrome.
The focus of my work is to explore the concerns and issues you may have in a confidential and supportive setting with the aim to help you get a better understanding of what makes you tick, who you want to be, and how to express that.
