I am a multi modal therapist utilising a number of different approaches, including hypnosis, to help my clients become the best individual they can be, to overcome  the issues that are holding them back from a completely fulfilling life and find balance during these difficult and challenging times.

I am a Registered Hypnotherapist with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, an Associate Member of the National Society of Talking Therapies and a student member of the UKCP.

I spent many years in the corporate world working in numerous high pressure environments and am acutely aware of the anxiety people can experience from the demands of life, both home and corporate life in particular, as well as the challenges of achieving a healthy work / life balance.
