About Me

I am a motivated person, who has a passion for improving the lives of people by helping them deal with any difficulties they may face.

My style is Holistic Integrative/Humanistic Counselling and Person-Centre

Holistic Counselling is an approach which helps clients to heal by taking the entire human being and their life experiences into consideration for assessment and treatment purposes.

In other words, where traditional counselling methods consider the psychological ramifications of issues and behaviours; holistic counselling assesses and treats from physical and spiritual contexts as well as a psychological or mental one.

As a true professional, I am committed to delivering the highest standards of care and achieving the best results.

I possess substantial qualification experience of providing counselling services to clients and am fully confident in my ability to use a wide range of Counselling Approaches to suit different client needs.

I am specialized in Emotional Guidance, Crisis and Trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress (PTSD), Bereavement/Loss, Depression, Emotional Issues, Parenting skills, Family, Cultural Issues, Generally Unhappy with your Life, Abuse – Emotional, Physical, Sexual and Victim Support; Anxiety, Self-Esteem and Motivation, Mindfulness, of Adults, Young Adults, and their families.

During my career to date, I have worked on a variety of international youth projects and private practice service delivery, using Holistic methods including one-to-one and group workshops.

Working internationally has allowed me to embrace and learn from diverse cultures and beliefs, together with utilizing my fluent language skills in English, Portuguese, and French.

All the counselling sessions will be via Zoom, skip or if an exception arrangement will be made for face to face session following all the safety procedures.

I am working 4 hours a week Honorary Position as a Qualified Counsellor at Arun Counselling Centre in Littlehampton.

Looking forward to hearing from you and if you have questions do not hesitate in contact me.
