YANNI SPIRO

I am an experienced couples and individuals Relationship Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I completed my training at Tavistock Relationships formerly Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships : a world renowned institute in the field of relationship therapy. I work online and face-to-face with a diverse range of clients. Therapy is a resource to address challenges which often leave us feeling stuck, unheard or frustrated with ourselves and within our relationships. My therapy room is a safe and non-judgemental space where I aim to help you reach a better understanding of yourself and your relationships while developing a more creative way of relating which allows room for lasting change.  I have worked with couples facing a variety of challenges including communication, conflict, infidelity and commitment, grief, loss, difficulties following the birth of a child, depression, anxiety, trauma, infertility,  sexual difficulties, parenting, empty nest syndrome, identity and sexual identity and fluidity.  ​Couple and individual therapy is a wonderful resource for understanding and working through difficulties that you are facing.
