I offer a calm, impartial, confidential space where you’re invited to talk about whatever is on your mind. I will support you in exploring your situation, helping you to recognise what you would like to be different and to find ways to initiate the changes you'd like to make. I work with adults, young people and organisations experiencing a wide range of challenges and complex situations.
My approach is compassionate and gentle, with the intention of facilitating client led change. As client, you will always remain in charge of what you bring to our counselling sessions and what you choose to share. We will always move at your pace
