I recognise that entering therapy can be a leap of faith, this is a journey to self awareness and enlightenment. I would be humbled to accompany you on this journey. On meeting a new client it is imperative that they feel safe, secure and contained in my presence. My clients matter and their wellbeing within our therapeutic alliance is paramount to psychological growth and positive outcome. I will respond compassionately to each individuals human experiencing, show compassion toward their anxieties and needs. Always remember, you are not alone, there are others who have walked a similar path. Im here to support you and to accompany you on a journey of healing and empowerment.  I have witnessed my clients heal and transform long-standing difficulties. My job is to act as a guide to enable clients to discover their own well of wisdom,intuition and intellectual thought. I am humbled to be able to bear witness to the “untold stories”, in the lives of my clients. The presence of “another”, invites us to a level of revelation that we cannot experience alone. “You are the most important person you will ever meet, why not be on good terms with yourself”. I have expertise in working with attachment issues, eating disorders, verbal,physical and sexual abuse, emotionally unstable personality disorders, depression/anxiety, trauma, family issues, interpersonal difficulties in work, relationships. Stress, neurodevelopmental issues, Autism/ADHD. LGBTQ, gender affirming therapy.
