My job is to act as a guide to enable clients to discover their own well of wisdom, intuition and intellectual thought.

One of the methods I adopt is energy treatments, such as tapping, otherwise know as emotional freedom technique. Tapping allows me to work at greater depth with deeply embedded traumas and complex mental health problems, which I specialise and have expertise in.

Another method,  is allowing my clients to draw, when words are not enough, clients can express themselves through their drawings. In my experience drawings have proved to be the central part of many clients therapeutic healing.
