About Me

I specialise in and love working with the mind-body connection, which promotes holistic well-being by integrating experiences of the body and mind. Through practices such as mindfulness, embodiment, and experiential creativity, I facilitate a deep understanding of bodily sensations and emotions, enabling individuals to release past traumas, negative patterns, and psychological hindrances.  I am warm, empathic, relational and truly humanistic in my approach.  I bring the creative arts into the process (if clients wish) to make connections with the transcendent aspects of self, so can offer a complete body-mind-soul approach which is truly holistic and client centred.

Overall I find working with integration of the body and mind brings about balance and positive effects ,which are made quickly, thoroughly and permanently.
