Susan Rhodes
Person-centred/humanistic therapistAbout Me
Currently unable to take on clients.
Looking for a counsellor to work with can be daunting at the very least and sometimes just downright scary. Finding a therapist that you feel you can trust will be instrumental in enabling you to make the changes you are looking to make. You have clearly made a start so well done and good luck with your search.
Please take a look at my website www.susanrhodescounselling.co.uk to give you a better idea of how I work alternatively you are welcome to call or message me and discuss any concerns that you have in confidence.
What I offer you is a safe and welcoming space where you can explore and be met in a non-judgemental supportive way, in the hope that this will facilitate and enable you in making the changes you want in your life. I offer no magic cures in the work that we undertake together but give you the opportunity and the respect to explore your own way of being and engaging with the world and the choices available to you.
I offer both short and longer term therapy and will work to facilitate and enable you to access and understand what is going on in your life and your experiences of it and allowing you to increase your self awareness and reframe these experiences with a view to making changes should you wish to do so.
In an effort to support you towards this I am happy to offer an initial short session without cost to you so that you can begin to envisage how and if we can work together.
