      I am a fully qualified and BACP Accredited/Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with an educational background and experience of working with individuals and couples. I am also a BUPA Recognised and Fee Assured Mental Health and Well-Being Practitioner and registered as a Health Provider with Aviva. I have been working in a group supervision setting, both as a participant and facilitator, for a number of years. I attend supervision both for my counselling and supervision work in order to ensure the best outcomes for my clients and supervisees and subscribe to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling. 

I have trained Integratively, which means that I practise different counselling models: Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Existential Therapy. I have experience in short- as well as long-term work. My work experience includes working with minority, m ulticultural and LGBTQ+ clients and the provision of Gender, Sexuality & Relationship Diversity (GSRD) affirmative therapy.
