About me
We all have an inner critic. Believing everything that the inner critic is saying can make us feel negative, and sometimes hopeless. We can now look at everything together with curiosity and understanding, and without judgement. Working together I will help you to understand and manage your anxieties, your worries, and your depression, and any other difficult feelings. I have a lot of experience working with separation, loss and grief; this included working for 6 years at a hospice in London. I believe that the relationship between the client and the therapist is crucial to the success of therapy. I am a fully qualified, experienced, and BACP registered therapist. I also tutor students who are qualifying to become counsellors at a college in London I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgemental, and confidential space; a space where we can fully determine what is really going on beneath your defences; defences which may have protected you in the past but may be impeding you today.
