Stephen Phillips
Integrative therapistAbout Me
I believe that the relationship between the client and the therapist is crucial to the success of therapy. I am a fully qualified, experienced and BACP registered therapist. I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgemental and confidential setting; a place where we can fully determine what is really going on beneath your defences; defences which may have protected you in the past, but may be impeding you today.
We need to become more familiar with what is going on inside us. We must learn to recognize our feelings and motivations. Although we are never free from some of the unhelpful influences of the past, we can work to minimize them. Fundamentally, we will be working together to help you to achieve control and inner peace in your life.I have a deep faith in a person’s inner resources. Therapy is an excellent way to achieve emotional well-being, which is something that every individual has a right to.
I offer an initial FREE 30 minute Zoom or telephone consultation. I can give you an insight into how I work. You can then decide if you would like us to work together on your anxiety, sadness, low self-esteem, panic attacks, depression, or whatever else you need help with. We can do this together either at my practice in Oakwood, or via Zoom.
To discuss specific requirements email me: [email protected] or call 07983 501330.
