About me

We all have an inner critic. Believing everything it says can leave us feeling negative, anxious, or even hopeless. Together, we can begin to explore these thoughts with curiosity and understanding, and without judgement. Working collaboratively, I will help you to understand and manage your anxiety, worries, depression, and other difficult emotions. I also have extensive experience supporting people through separation, loss, and grief, including six years of work at a hospice in London. I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is at the heart of successful therapy. I am a fully qualified, experienced, and BACP-registered therapist, and I also teach and support trainee counsellors at a college in London. I offer a safe, supportive, non-judgemental, and confidential space — a place where we can gently explore what lies beneath your defences. These defences may have once protected you, but they might now be holding you back. I work from two locations: • Upper Holloway – a 2-minute walk from Upper Holloway Station and a 5-minute walk from Archway Station • Oakwood – a 5-minute walk from Oakwood Station
