Stephanie Daly
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
Hello and welcome to my bio. My name is Stephanie and I have an Advanced Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy which is validated by Heartwood College of Counselling & Psychotherapy. I believe that EVERYONE should have access to therapy so I have made my services online and telephone for those living in the UK. I offer lower rates for students, those who receive benefits and for those who have a Blue Light card (proof must be shown when booking appointments).
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) so I follow their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
I attend many relevant courses, seminars & conferences throughout the year. I consult with my Supervisor regularly to ensure the welfare of clients and the integrity of clinical services.
I am an integrative counsellor who works primarily with Person-Centred theory, Gestalt & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Common issues that I can help with are: anxiety, stress, sadness, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, trauma, attachment styles, separation and divorce, domestic abuse and grief.
I offer a confidential and welcoming space for you to discuss your problems and difficulties. You will be respected, understood and valued. We will work together to help make a positive change within your life at your own pace.
