Sian Naftal Integrative counsellor , E1
Due to the covid 19 crisis I am offering online or telephone counselling at a reduced rate. I feel that now more than ever accessible counselling is needed to help with our anxieties, whether as a direct consequence of the virus or that our existing anxieties have been exacerbated by it.
Do you feel alone and that no-one understands, and/or is listening? My name is Sian and I am an experienced and qualified integrative counsellor. I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am passionate about the benefits that counselling can give in helping to improve our mental wellbeing.
Counselling is a talking therapy that takes place in a safe, non judgemental environment and it provides the opportunity discuss concerns with an independent person. Counselling can provide information or challenges but not advise you how to live your life.
I am trained to help others cope with emotional and social issues which can affect people of all ages. You may be suffering from anxiety or depression, have relationship problems, low self-esteem, have been bereaved or be dealing with other difficult events. Counselling provides you with a chance to talk about your feelings and experiences in a safe place with someone who will listen to and support you. I will seek to understand, not judge and will work with you to make sense of your situation and make changes that improve your life.
I specialise in working with issues around the following:
- Anxiety and Depression
- Fertility Issues
- Donor Conception, surrogacy and adoption
- Miscarriage, pregnancy and baby loss
- Pre-natal and post-natal, and with paternal anxiety and depression
- Relationship difficulties
- Work issues
I work with individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
