Sian Dyer
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change. You will learn that being vulnerable is a strength.
I have had therapy!
As a child, I experienced trauma and could not regulate my emotions, so I had therapy. Therapy helped me to understand myself in ways I never thought possible. Throughout my life, I have experienced life-debilitating anxiety. I have managed to control my anxiety from the knowledge I have learned about how our minds and bodies work.
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship or feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support.
Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In my sessions, I promote learning about how our thoughts, actions and behaviours impact our bodies and minds and encourage the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools, personal and professional experience to help you get back on track.
