As the Therapeutic Relationship is an integral part of therapy, I offer a free preliminary online session of 30 minutes to determine whether we feel working together would be beneficial for you. Text, call or email to book your session.I offer a calm, accepting and non-judgemental environment, with a holistic integrative approach to therapy which comprises your physical, emotional, volitional, rational and spiritual wellbeing.
I work with issues such as:
- depression (including post-natal depression)
- anxiety (including generalised anxiety disorder, and health anxiety)
- stress
- low self-esteem
- anger
- trauma
- relationship difficulties (including family estrangement)
- spiritual issues
- bereavement and loss (including miscarriage and abortion).
As an integrative therapist, I combine different approaches to psychotherapy which include modalities such as Person Centred Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. This means your therapy is tailored to your needs as no two people are the same.
