About me

My name is Sarah; I am a trained psychotherapist and I have experience of working in a variety of settings as well as private practice. I work together with my client to find the way forward that is right for them.             The recent pandemic has meant many people are struggling with issues and loneliness. Seeing a counsellor can help with these issues and allows you some space for yourself. I work ethically and respect my clients' needs. I have experience of working with psychological disorders such as BPD, PTSD, and OCD, and more general issues including depression, anxiety and self-esteem. Using an integrative approach means I can use a mix of modalities to meet your needs.  I enjoy the outside and as well as online and face to face work I offer eco-therapy. I can offer a mobile service and low cost places. I currently work for a charitable organisation to build on my existing experience and to give something back to our community. I am available to speak about your needs and offer a free consultation.
