Integrative therapistAbout Me
My way of working is centered around the clients' needs. I can offer a blending of different therapeutic models to help shed light on different eras and aspects of your life. I can listen empathically, offer different perspectives and integrate your sessions with tools that can help you navigate today’s often fast paced and unpredictable world. Collaboratively, I can help you figure out how you might like to start moving forward in the world. My own lived experience of therapy, understanding my own complex childhood and learning how to better my own mental health has brought me to where I am today.
