I am a qualified BACP registered integrative therapist with many years experience helping people with a multitude of different issues.
my work focusses on enabling people to find more confidence, clarity and joy and to help them create the life they want to live - however that looks for them.

I recognise no two people or situations are the same and I always respect and honour each persons individuality and uniqueness.

As an integrative therapist I am trained to work with various forms of therapy including Humanistic, Psychodynamic and CBT amongst others.

I have had extensive training in working with ADHD and eating disorders and keep up to date with regular CPD to enable me to always be able to offer my clients the most effective help I can.
