Hello, my name is Sandy and l would like to start by thanking you for taking the time to read this today. Realising you need support and reaching out at a difficult time can be hard and takes courage. Mental health issues can make us all feel vulnerable and insecure; recognising you need help is the first step in your healing process. I can offer a non-judgemental, safe and empathetic environment alongside one-on-one confidential time just for you; in which l will actively listen to your individual concerns and facilitate your process of discovery and personal  growth and healing.  I specialise in Person Centered, Humanisitic and  Psychodynamic  Counselling therapy. I offer an Integrative approach to meet a clients individual therapy needs. I would be honoured to help any individuals to reach their goals and fulfill their personal potential in life. I consider myself privileged to have the knowledge and advanced skills and experience to support clients with their vulnerabilities, feelings and emotions. I have over 30 years experience helping people with their physical and mental health. I respect all individuals and understand everyone will process and develop in their own individual and unique way. I have vast knowledge,  experience and skills working with Children as young as 5 upwards, teenagers, young adults along with adults of all ages. I have worked as a school counsellor and in private Practice. I strive to ensure the best up to date therapy practice for all my clients with regular CPD courses and personal growth. My Integrative approach to Counselling offers you tools to become more self aware and allows you to utilise the individual Counselling style that meets your specific requirements to achieve a more healthy and balanced approach to your life. I specialise and an offer support with many different issues; specialising in bereavement and loss Counselling, offering support with medical  Conditions; PTSD, and anything related to mental health... including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, anger, abuse, low confidence or self esteem to name but a few....no problem is too big or too small... I have gained country wide clients due to my word of mouth referrals from past and ongoing clients, having developed a strong rapport, respected reputation and successful outcomes. I work with children, teenagers, young adults and Adults of all ages... working face to face, via on line platforms, telephone, watts app  video and Home visits... I offer DISOUNTS for ALL clients; students, people on PIP or Universal credit. 10% DISCOUNT with 6 sessions booked for ALL. 20% DISCOUNT for PIP or UC with proof please Normal price is; £50 per 50 minute session £45 with 10 % discount for 6 sessions £40 with 20 % discount for 6 sessions for clients with PIP and UC
