In our work together, I offer you a relationship based on genuineness, acceptance, and empathic understanding. This relationship, I've found, can release your capacity for self-directed growth. Whether you're grappling with anxiety, depression, work stress, or existential concerns, I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey of self-discovery and healing.

My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and existential modalities. But more than any technique, I believe in the power of our therapeutic relationship. I see you as a unique individual, not a collection of symptoms or problems to be solved.

With experience serving diverse populations, including BAME and neurodivergent individuals, I strive to create a culturally sensitive and inclusive space. Whether we meet in person or online, my goal is to provide an environment where you feel truly heard and understood.
