Hi and welcome. I am a friendly and approachable accredited psychotherapist with UKCP COSRT and BACP working with brief focused and long term psychodynamic therapy and CBT .
I am also an accredited Psychosexual and Couples psychotherapist (COSRT). However, I work in an eclectic way tailored to you as an individual or couple. I am open to whatever you bring so -when you are ready to talk-I am ready to listen. We can have a free 15 minute Zoom consultation first to see if you feel you are happy to work with me and for you to ask any questions you may have.
I also offer individual and group supervision to individuals and groups in any modality.
I specialise in issues involving anxiety and depression, PTSD and trauma, addiction and anger, relationship difficulties, sexuality and gender as well as sexual difficulties and problems with communication, social anxiety and self esteem.
I am committed to working to eradicate the stigma surrounding mental health issues, sexuality and gender. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual.
My approach is very much tailored to you as the client and your expectations of therapy.
I believe in the Mind Body connection. I offer a confidential and safe environment for you to explore the issues which are preventing you from reaching your full potential or leading a fulfilling life.

From £95.00 per session for individual therapy and £120.00 for couples-face to face in Dalston Kingsland Hackney London or on Zoom worldwide.

Supervision is £35 for a group (maximum 3) and £50 for individual supervision. I am happy to supervise therapists, supervisors, students and those working in the caring professions or with extra responsibility.
I also offer a low cost sex and couple service run by therapists completing psychosexual accreditation. The cost is £45.00 per session. You can see this service under ‘Affordability’ on my website. Please request this when booking.
