Sick and tired of being sick and tired?
You are not alone. I can support you on your journey to a healthier and more fulfilling life.
Sunday night work blues - every night of the week?
You’re waking up feeling really overwhelmed and heavy.
You’re wondering how much longer you can cope at work.
If your heart sinks at the thought of work tomorrow, therapy can help you stop worrying, resolve workplace stress and give you your life back.
Do you feel sick at the thought of work?
Feel overwhelmed by the responsibility and can’t see an end insight?
Do you feel unsupported, live for the weekend, and then dread Monday mornings?
Counselling doesn’t have to take a lot of your time. It’s just an hour a week and you can book an online session that fits your schedule and cuts out travel.
Having worked for the NHS a number of years, I’ve worked with many people who are having difficulties at work and also experienced burnout - which means I understand how hard it can be to step off the hamster wheel, admit you’re struggling and take steps to resolve things.
Therapy can help you transform your relationship with work by:
● Talking through work problems without fear of judgement - so that you develop the confidence to implement alternative solutions.
● Recognising stressors and their underlying reasons - so that you can develop coping strategies and make different choices.
● Helping you set boundaries and manage other people’s expectations - so that you have more free time to make the most of your life.
Reach out today if you wish to get unstuck and live a healthier & more fulfilling life.
Previous clients have told me that therapy enabled them to find solutions for pressure at work and they’ve felt calmer as a result.
They were able to stop working such long hours, slept better at night, and began to take more holidays with their loved ones.
I am here to provide fresh perspectives on your struggles, helping you gain a better understanding of yourself
Practice description
I started my private practice because I saw that many working people felt that they didn’t have enough time to be with their families and live a fulfilling life. After completing their qualifications, they embarked on a full time career where success and promotion gradually meant work took over. This meant longer working hours, fewer holidays, and less time for family life.
But, it is possible both to set new priorities and have a fulfilling career with the right support in place.
With over twenty years experience working for the NHS, I’ve seen the results of burnout and I understand the exhaustion, hopelessness and anxiety that involves.
Since retraining as a therapist, I’ve supported dozens of clients to make the changes at work that have given them more freedom and a work life balance.
I’d love to help you too.
Approach to Therapy:
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a client-centred focus. I understand that no two individuals are the same, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each person I work with.
In our sessions, I employ an integrative and solution-focused approach, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). This collaborative approach allows us to explore the root causes of your workplace stress, develop effective coping mechanisms, and create a roadmap for positive change.
In today's fast-paced and demanding work environments, I am here to provide you with the tools and support needed to navigate challenges, foster resilience, and enhance your overall work-life balance.
I can help you get unstuck and reduce life-limiting behaviours.

I trained to become a therapist because I noticed that there were too many people that I knew struggling with one thing or another but I didn't have the know how to best support them. Now being a trained therapist/counsellor, I'd love to help you too.
Having volunteered with an organisation offering bereavement aftercare, supporting individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one, I understand that the healing process following a loss or significant life event requires patience and time.
