About Me

I am an integrative therapist, which means I use different therapeutic approaches such as CBT,MI, psychodynamic, person centred and many more. This enable me to provide tailored treatment which suits the individual because like a shoe size not one treatment suits all as everyone is different and experiences things differently.

I am currently employed by The North London Priory as an addiction therapist providing specialised therapy to individuals suffering with a wide range of addiction.

I aim to provide an empathetic and supportive environment which will empower clients to explore their thoughts and emotions freely, ultimately facilitating their personal growth and self discovery.

I strongly believe given the right conditions we all have the ability to understand our self better. Sometimes due to external factors or people around us we loose sight of our way forward. I offer a non judgemental, safe and supportive space where you will be listened to and supported to find a way forward.

At first I offer a free 15 minute phone call as it is important for you to feel comfortable, after this I will then invite you to attend your first session. In your first session we will complete an assessment which will enable me to get a clearer picture of what prompted you to seek help and what you hope to achieve by having therapy.
