About me

I support young adults and adults feeling stuck or overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, addiction, or past trauma. Through a supportive and understanding relationship, I help you exist as you are, breathe, and begin to understand yourself more clearly, while building coping skills and moving towards meaningful change. I offer an authentic human connection that empowers you to break old patterns and discover a more resilient, confident version of yourself. My approach is integrative and tailored to you, combining: Understanding the 'Why'- Drawing on psychodynamic principles to explore deeper patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Managing the 'Now' - Practical -informed tools to improve emotional regulation, manage stress, and cope with overwhelm. A Safe and Supportive Space - Offering a consistent, confidential environment where you can feel able to lower your guard and be yourself. Human Connection - Therapy works best when you feel seen, heard, and understood, and I prioritise building a genuine. WHAT TO EXPECT We begin with an Initial Session to explore what's been going on for you, your goals for therapy, and how we might work together. Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes and usually take place weekly, providing a consistent and reliable space for reflection, growth, and support. If this resonates with you, you’re welcome to get in touch. I offer a free 15-minute introductory call if you’d like to see how it feels to connect, or a 50-minute initial session for £70.
