About Me

I offer a free initial phone consultation of around 15 minutes.

I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space for you to become more self-aware and develop in your own unique way. As you'll have your own specific reasons for therapy, I encourage you to have an initial assessment session to find out whether I'm the right therapist for you, and for me to find out more about your needs.

I primarily offer eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, as well as counselling. EMDR is an effective, evidence-based psychotherapy originally developed to address PTSD and trauma. It's now used for an increasingly broad range of difficulties including anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, anger management and more.

I  work with people from all backgrounds. I have a focus on working with LGBT issues.
