Raewyn GuerreroCognitive behaviour therapy hypnotherapist
Hello, I'm Raewyn. I'm here to help anyone who is anxious, stressed, or sleep deprived, draw on a combination of talking therapy and personalised nutrition to feel happier, calmer and more fulfilled.
Prior to practising full-time as a therapist and coach, I spent 10 years as a Global Wellbeing Manager at an international bank, based in London, and went through my own experience of illness and burnout.
It's why I retrained as a Health Coach and then started my own business, Well Works with a medical doctor, and three nutritional therapists who are also human potential and executive coaches. We share a common vision that
1. Each person deserves to be happy and healthy
2. Your health is in your hands
3. Sometimes all that you need is someone to listen and give you the space to explore and figure things out.
I work in an integrative way, exploring how brain health and mental health can be supported through nutrition, as well as through thought and behaviour. This way, we quickly improve your mood, energy, focus, memory, and sleep.
I draw on your Character Strengths, and often begin sessions with a centreing exercise, before asking clients: "Tell me what's gone well since we last met."
My top strengths are Gratitude, Zest, Curiosity, Hope, and Love of Learning, evidenced by the fact that I regularly undertake training in Positive Psychology, Life Coaching, Hypnobirthing, Smoking Cessation, Nutrition, and Rehabilitative Pilates.
I also mentor and coach wellness professionals who are transitioning from traditional 9-5 corporate roles so that they can find more fulfillment.
