Hi, I am a psychotherapist trained in Transactional Analysis. This means that the relationship between you and me at the centre of our work. I have been in practice for 8 years and work with teens and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma and stuff that life throws at them. I also work with individuals struggling with personality disorders, abuse and offer addiction counselling as well.
Most of my work is long term but I am happy to do short-term work as well.
I enjoy working creatively with clients and so I may often incorporate art or clay modelling into our work.
