About Me

I believe people can be empowered to find their own answers. I value honesty, individal difference, finding your own path, integrity, connection and relationships.

I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and Youth and Community Worker. I have been a counsellor for 24 years where I have supported clients bringing various life experiences they are stuggling with such as childhood abuse, bereavement/loss, other trauma, work-related concerns, mental health issues, family and parenting concerns and relationship issues.

I provide a compassionate space offering counselling at our Studio in Leek, Staffordshire and I offer Walk and Talk Therapy.  My work outdoors connects the experience of breathing, moving and being in the natural world. Currently, due to the current corona-crisis, I have adapted my working practice to provide counselling online via face to face/in-person sessions, email and Video-chat and also through telephone counselling.

I provide walk and talk sessions throughout Staffordshire and Stoke-on -Trent green spaces and park areas.

I aim to help you move step by step towards the life you want.

I can help you to become more effective at work, regain connection with people in your life, feeling fabulous to be you, to be able to move past painful experiences.
