Hi, I'm Polly.

I offer a non-judgmental, safe space for adults to explore why they may be experiencing the problems they come to me with.

By exploring what is it that is bothering you, looking at the reasons why this may be happening both from previous experiences you may have had and what is currently going in your life we can work together to improve the situation.

Together we can try to improve your self-esteem and help reduce anxiety. 

I also have experience of executive dysfunction problems which are typical of those with ADHD and those born prematurely and am able to provide a space for us to explore the problems this may cause in your daily life without judgement.
