About me

I work by meeting you where, and how you are experiencing your life. I support you to raise awareness of your behaviour patterns and how those patterns were learned and the purpose of them. I support you to explore and unlock possible changes that you might want to incorporate in your life. I help you to address those issues that might be hindering your growth and your living a satisfying life in harmony with yourself and with your others. I work with individuals e.g shame, guilt, shyness, identity problems, depression, anger, loss and grief and couples e.g. blaming, trust, communication problems, fixed patterns, family dynamics, and unfulfilling relationships . Currently, I teach in a Master and Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and supervise therapists working with individuals and couples.
