About Me

I am Paula Miles, a dedicated Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist with a strong background in the corporate world.

My journey from corporate business to psychotherapy was driven by my own battles with anxiety and depression, which now deeply inform my practice.

I specialise in helping clients navigate and overcome these challenges by exploring the unconscious roots of their anxiety through Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

My approach is compassionate and personalized, focusing on empowering you to break free from self-destructive patterns and lead a more authentic, fulfilling life.

Sessions are available both in person and online, tailored to meet your unique needs.

In my practice, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions. My services are designed to uncover the root causes of your anxiety and provide you with the tools to transform your life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, imposter syndrome, or feeling stuck in life, I’m here to guide you towards healing and self-discovery. Let’s work together to help you regain control and embrace a life of greater peace and authenticity.
