About Me

Are you struggling with relationships, feeling unconnected, making decisions, or challenged with negative thoughts? Do you wear a mask to be accepted and belong? You may feel overwhelmed, tired, directionless, powerless, and unsure how to move forward. The persistence of these feelings can be isolating and affect self-esteem. You don't have to face them alone. You are not less than anyone! Understanding your issues and feelings objectively will help you move from coping towards healing and self direction.

I help people overcome anxiety, depression, bereavement, addiction, trauma, separation. I am experienced working with family issues, relationships, ADHD, PTSD, low self-worth. Together, we move towards improved self-esteem, agency, identity, healthy relationships with self and others. I will support you every step of the way!

Sharing what is troubling you can feel uncomfortable, particularly with friends and family. I listen with empathic curiosity. I don't hold judgement, or offer "should" solutions. I provide a safe space, receiving your issues with warmth and kindness, advocating that positive change can be achieved.

I am qualified as an Integrative therapist, skilled in different modalities that allow me to be flexible and adapt to where you are and how you present your unique circumstances. Some emotions cannot be expressed in words. My training within the NHS and other charities has been invaluable, allowing me to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and religions.

Stress can be difficult to manage. Often stress impairs the connection with people most important to us. Suppressing stress can lead us to present a "false self" to the outside world, or engage in harmful behaviours. Mental health and wellbeing are essential to silencing the inner critic, and facilitating an openness to new experiences.

My rate for a 50-minute session is £70. I offer in-person and online therapy. My offices are Earls Ct and Chiswick. Contact me for a free initial consultation to discuss your difficulties, my approach, and answer any questions.
