Owen Redahan Cognitive behaviour therapy counsellor , E14
Although most of us are well able to get on with our lives we may, occasionally, need the support of a professional counsellor. Sometimes our problems or issues are just too overpowering or we feel that we cannot talk to friends or family. Maybe the issue is too personal or you are afraid it will change the way that your friends or family think of you. For example if you believe you are addicted to sex.
I provide a safe and confidential space in Canary Wharf, East London (E14). I won't tell you what you should do but I am trained to support you as you figure out the best way forward. I work across most issues but especially with poor self esteem, sex and sexuality challenges, loss and relationships.
I am a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and ATSAC (the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction).
