Psychodynamic counsellorAbout Me
I'm guessing that something is not quite right in your life right now, perhaps there is something about yourself, the way you feel, or your personal relationships that you would like to change. You may be feeling anxious, sad or depressed and taking that first step may seem difficult. Talking therapy may be of help to you.
I provide Psychodynamic Psychotherapy within warm and non-judgemental settings in Belgravia and Bromley. Sessions can be once or twice weekly and are 50 minutes long. This kind of therapy is grounded in the belief that our current states of mind and how we relate to others are often based on our earlier experiences of life, particularly childhood. By exploring our past and present relationships we can help alleviate some of the difficulties that may be coming to the fore in your life.
Therapy can provide insight into your internal world, using a reflective space to help you explore your emotional and relational life. Over time, it is an experience that can help you effect real change and work through the issues that you wish to address.
Please email me if you are interested in therapy, we could then arrange a first session to discuss your needs. After this if you are happy to continue, we would arrange a second session and ongoing weekly sessions going forward.
