Hello my name is Nora Beres originally from Hungary and have now lived in the UK for over 17 years and I am a hypnotherapist. 

Hypnotherapy is a type of mind-body intervention through hypnosis to create a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility in the treatment of medical or psychological disorders or concerns. Such as; addictions, weight management, traumatic events, right through to anxieties, low self esteem and even past life regression.

Before your first hypnotherapy session with myself, I will conduct a telephone consultation where you are able to discuss your particular issue/ concern and then I can tailor the right therapy route/ plan for you. Including answering any questions you may have about the therapy session/s themselves. 

My own interest in hypnotherapy started several years ago, when I started my own personal spiritual journey through meditation. I felt dissatisfied with certain situations within my life and finding hypnotherapy gave me the tools to make the changes I longed for. Which is why I still continue with my own therapy sessions to date, as well as becoming a qualified hypnotherapist in order to help others benefit in the same way I have myself.
