About Me

Hi, I'm Nina. I'm a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, and I have extensive experience working with people who have experienced past traumas, the effects of which may be manifesting today as depression, anxiety and/or physical health problems. The mind and body are two sides of the same coin and I can support you to increase your wellbeing in both.

I provide an empathic, nurturing and encouraging environment in which you can safely express and explore your personal issues, leading to greater emotional freedom and peace of mind. You will gain new insights, increase in confidence, and change your perspective on what you are capable of achieving in life.

My clients tell me I am calm and grounded, and it would be my pleasure to support you on the path to emotional and physical wellbeing. It takes courage to start the therapy journey, and I will be happy to make introductions by email or phone, and explain more about myself and my way of working to help you decide if I am the right therapist for you.
