Nic Webb
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
I have a very informal, holistic and relaxed approach to therapy, working in allegiance with my clients and being non-directive. I tailor each session to the individual. After going through struggles myself with anxiety, depression, infertility problems, Emotional abuse, Childhood Trauma, early menopause and weight and body image problems, I feel I can offer a real "lived-experience" of mental health. Whatever your current struggles may be, I will listen and guide without judgment and with deep empathy and fierce compassion. I'm passionate about helping people make their lives better.
My specialisms are Trauma, particularly C-PTSD, Parental abuse, Family estrangement, and Emotional and Sexual abuse. I'm currently training in Intuitive Eating, Body Acceptance and Positivity and Health at Every Size approaches to weight, eating disorders and body and health related issues.
